Mangolade - english version
Refreshing lemonade with mango, lemon, mint, orange and lime. Let's jazz an ordinary lemonade up!
Recipe for 2 litres/8 cups of mangolade.
Ingredients:
- Mango
- Granulated sugar, 3 tblsp
- Lemons, 2
- Mint, 10 leaves
- Orange, several slices
- Lime, several slices
- Ice in cubes
How to prepare:
- Mango: Wash, peel the skin and put the mango pulp to the cup blender. Pour 1 cup of cold water. Mix it.
- Simmer 1/2 cup of water and 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar to dissolve the sugar. Pour the syrup to the cup blender.
- Add 1,3 litre (6 cups) of cold water (you can use sparkling water) to the blender with mango (the consistency should be very liquid). Squeeze the lemon juice and add to the blender.
- Chill the mangolade in the refrigerator.
- Serve over glasses filled with ice and garnish with small chunks of lime and orange and add some mint leaves.
